Heather Hamar is a seasoned performer and passionate teacher with nearly 30 years of Entertainment sparkle. As a Broadway-caliber soprano she’s lit up roles from Funny Girl (Fanny Brice) and Guys & Dolls (Sarah Brown) to Monster High Live (Twyla/Skulette) and favorites like Anything Goes, A Little Night Music, and Charlotte's Web.

 

Offstage, she founded and runs The MAR St. Pete—a performing arts incubator where she creates and leads classes and workshops and mentors emerging artists. Separately, Heather has helped to create and direct three original full-length student musicals and regularly mentors young performers at Thespian Festivals. Whether she’s delivering a show-stopping belt or coaching a nervous first-time soloist, Heather brings positivity, wit, and generous expertise to every stage and classroom.
